• Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. We accept secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
• Cancellations made 7 days before departure are eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the payment as per the cancellation policy outlined during booking.

4. Health & Safety

Treks and adventure travel involve physical activity in natural environments. Participants must confirm their physical and medical fitness before enrolling. Any existing medical conditions, allergies, or health limitations must be disclosed in advance. Go-Trekker reserves the right to deny participation to individuals deemed medically unfit or who pose a risk to the group’s safety. Our guides are trained in basic first aid and safety procedures, but participants must adhere to all safety instructions during the trip.

5. Personal Conduct

All participants are expected to act responsibly and respectfully during treks. This includes following guide instructions, respecting local customs, preserving natural habitats, and maintaining discipline within the group. Misbehavior, use of prohibited substances, or actions that endanger others or damage the environment may lead to immediate expulsion from the tour without a refund. Go-Trekker promotes eco-conscious travel and responsible tourism at all levels.

6. Intellectual Property

The content presented on the Go-Trekker website, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, articles, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Go-Trekker and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
